1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any rubbish removal service provided by Rubbish Removal Perth ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide rubbish removal, junk removal, and waste disposal services throughout Perth and Western Australia. Services are subject to:
- Availability in your area at the requested time
- Safe and legal access to the collection point
- The waste being of an acceptable type (non-hazardous)
- Reasonable access and parking at the property
3. Prohibited Items
We cannot collect or transport the following items:
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Hazardous chemicals, paint, or solvents
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Radioactive materials
- Any material prohibited under WA environmental law
4. Pricing & Payment
- All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.
- Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once the load is assessed.
- Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.
- Surcharges may apply for difficult access, prohibited items discovered on-site, or loads that exceed the quoted estimate.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: No charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A $50 cancellation fee may apply.
- We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to vehicle breakdown, weather events, or staff illness.
6. Liability
While we take every care with your property:
- We carry public liability insurance for property damage caused by our team.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to driveways, lawns, or paths.
- We are not responsible for items accidentally removed if not clearly marked or communicated as items to keep.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring all items for removal are authorised for disposal.
7. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to responsible waste disposal in Western Australia. We endeavour to recycle or donate as much collected waste as possible. However, we cannot guarantee specific recycling outcomes for all items. All waste is disposed of in compliance with WA Environmental Protection Act requirements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
